Appointment Setter

Appointment setter, full time and remote from Latin America, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm US Central, for Next Estimate LLC (Austin, Texas).
Pay: $4 an hour base ($160 a week), plus $50 per Strategy Call the owner joins, plus $250 per sale within 60 days. Paid every Friday in USD. Your first 6 weeks pay at least $250 a week.
We build ads, websites and estimators for US fence companies. From Nov 1 until US clocks change in March, the hours are 9am-6pm in Mexico City and 10am-7pm in Colombia. Our founder, Jake Cox, watches every video himself and replies by email, yes or no, usually within two working days. No fee to apply or to start, and the trial week is paid.

The job: put Strategy Calls on Jake's calendar

• Fence company owners fill out our quiz from a Facebook ad (about 15 to 20 a week) or answer one of our emails (5 to 10 a week). You call each one within 5 minutes, while they still remember us.
• Between new leads, you call owners in our CRM who asked about our services. The list does not run out.
• You book them for a 45-minute Zoom with Jake.
• Calls only, no texting, on our recorded line, with notes in the CRM after every call.
• Jake goes over your recorded calls with you every week, and meets with you every day for the first few weeks.

The hard parts

• Owners hang up, say no, or say "just text me the price."
• Some book and don't show. The $50 pays only when they join.
• Sale pay can land more than 60 days after the call, so your first weeks are mostly base plus held calls. That is why the first 6 weeks have a $250 floor.
• Give it about three months to get comfortable.

Pay

• Ramp: for your first 6 weeks, if base plus held-call pay comes to less than $250 in a week, we pay $250. After that it is base plus what you book.
• $50 per held call, paid the next Friday. Held means the owner joins the Zoom with Jake, whether or not he buys. Calls our quiz books on its own, without you, don't count.
• $250 when a call you set turns into a sale within 60 days, paid the Friday after the first payment clears. If the sale refunds within 60 days, the $250 comes back out of your pay.
• Examples, not promises, with the $690 monthly base: 12 held calls and 1 sale is $690 + $600 + $250 = $1,540. A strong month, 20 held calls and 3 sales, is $690 + $1,000 + $750 = $2,440.
• Independent contractor, paid by Wise (we cover the fee), or another service if Wise doesn't work in your country, with a written agreement before your first payday.

You need

• Experience booking appointments or selling by phone in English, ideally for US companies.
• Clear spoken English.
• Free Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Central (40 paid hours, the lunch hour is yours), with no other job in those hours.
• A quiet room, a headset, and stable internet with a backup.

A yes gets a 20-minute Google Meet interview, same questions for everyone, then a paid trial week: two hours a day of real calls at the same pay. We score the trial on calls booked at the right time, held calls and clear notes. The video is the only unpaid work. All contact is by email from Jake and Google Meet. This is our first setter seat, and we plan to add more.
