Position: Appointment Setter
Employment: Part-Time
Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing policyholders and warm leads.
- Schedule policy review appointments for licensed US-based insurance agents.
- Follow approved scripts and call guidelines.
- Coordinate lead calling to avoid duplicate or overlapping calls.
- Accurately use the company CRM and softphone system during calls.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
