Mantra Inc. is a global AI startup dedicated to eliminating “language barriers” in the entertainment industry, guided by our mission to “deliver manga in the world’s languages.” We envision a future where people everywhere can enjoy the latest manga, anime, and games simultaneously, and engage in conversations that transcend national borders and cultural differences. We believe that the “respect for other cultures” born from a love for these works and interactions among fans will eventually foster mutual understanding around the world. Envisioning such a peaceful and joyful future, we are dedicated to researching AI technology, translating manga, and developing language learning services

“A world where you can share the latest installment of your favorite manga with fans around the globe in real time.”

We are striving to create this exciting future. The process of using technology to deliver each panel—imbued with the creator’s soul—to the world “quickly” and “with rich emotion” is filled with intellectual challenges that can only be experienced because of the high technical difficulty involved.

We want to turn our skills into a bridge connecting the world. We want to deepen mutual understanding through the power of entertainment and build a better society. We are looking for teammates who share this passion.

Recruitment Background

“I used to struggle with English, but this is the first time I’ve been able to stick with it and actually enjoy it.” “Thanks to Langaku, I scored a perfect score on my Common Test practice exam.”

Since its launch in June 2022, Langaku has transformed the way many users think about English learning. With the full cooperation of publishers including Shueisha, we offer nationally popular manga as learning materials. We’re creating a new learning experience that dispels the notion that “studying equals suffering”—one where you naturally build your English skills while immersing yourself in the stories you love.

To date, Langaku has generated countless “success stories,” from people who have overcome their fear of English to those who have dramatically improved their test scores. Winning the Grand Prize in the Self-Improvement category of the “Google Play Best of 2025” awards is just one example of these achievements.

Now, to further expand this experience, we are focusing our efforts on introducing Langaku into educational settings. Our product continues to evolve with the goal of creating a future where everyone can engage with English with excitement—whether in the classroom or at home.

Langaku is currently in a growth phase and needs to strengthen its product operations team. At present, the Head of Marketing is handling many of the operations and planning tasks in addition to their primary responsibilities; however, as the business expands, we now need a dedicated team member who can focus exclusively on product operations and project management.

In this role, you will serve as a core member driving Langaku’s growth, with significant autonomy and influence.

Scope of Work

Specifically:

KPI Setting and Effect Measurement: Setting targets for DAU, retention rates, LTV, etc., and analyzing achievement levels

Improvement Proposals: Proposing and implementing next steps based on analysis results

You can fully utilize the skills you’ve honed in game operations—specifically, the ability to “analyze data and plan the next move.”
