• Comprehensive training in the Mathnasium Method™, customer service, enrollment, and center operations
• Opportunities to take on additional responsibility and grow with the center
• All curriculum, instructional materials, and tools provided

If you’re positive, dependable, comfortable working with both students and parents, and excited about helping build something new, we’d love to meet you!

• Support, coach, and coordinate instructors during learning sessions
• Help manage student engagement, learning progress, and the overall flow of the center
• Assist with scheduling, organization, and other day-to-day center operations
• Step in to support students with math instruction when needed
• Help create the welcoming, energetic culture we want Mathnasium of Delaware to be known for

**What We’re Looking For

• MUST be at least 18 years of age**
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in working with children and helping them succeed
• Comfortable with K–12 math and willing to support students and instructors when needed
• Customer service, leadership, education, or sales experience is a plus
• Confidence communicating with parents and prospective families
• Dependability, organization, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn
• Availability during our after-school operating hours and potentially Sundays from 2:00–6:00 PM

Previous Mathnasium experience is a plus, but absolutely not required. We provide training and are looking just as much for the right attitude, communication skills, and potential as we are for previous experience.

Who We Are

Across North America and all over the world, Mathnasium Learning Centers are committed to teaching children math so that they understand it, master it, and love it.

Our world-class curriculum is built upon the Mathnasium Method™ — the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development — and has changed the lives of children since 2002.

Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
