Roles & Responsibilities**

To assist in planning, organising and supervising in execution of building construction work on site.
To prepare and monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis.
TO identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect appropriate solutions and discuss with project consultant, architect, subcontractors and management team.
To manage project cost and preparation of monthly or ad hoc project reports.
To assist in other construction related matters.
