- You have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
- You bring at least one year of retail experience, ideally snow sports. Previous rental shop experience is a plus.
- You’ve led teams (minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity), and you’re enthusiastic about coaching and developing others.
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and retail POS systems (or a fast learner).
- Exceptional communicator in English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 25 pounds.
- Passion for snow sports, outdoor lifestyle, and teamwork.

About the Role:
As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring a top-tier guest experience. You’ll assist with inventory management, visual displays, and team development through coaching and training. Stepping in for the Store Manager when needed, you’ll help lead daily operations and foster a positive, high-performing team culture. Your role is crucial in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring operational success while supporting the overall goals of the store.
