Job Overview:

This job role will require the incumbent to lead and manage the Compliance Testing division of the Compliance function of the company by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the company.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive compliance testing program to evaluate the effectiveness of the NBFC's compliance framework.

• Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of various business activities and processes to identify compliance risks and deficiencies.

• Design testing methodologies, procedures, and checklists to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather relevant information, documentation, and data for testing purposes.

• Analyse testing results and prepare detailed reports highlighting findings, observations, and recommendations for remediation.

• Present testing results and insights to senior management, Compliance Committee, and relevant stakeholders.

• Work closely with business units and support functions to address identified compliance gaps and implement remedial actions.

• Oversee preparation of Regulatory reports: Monthly reporting, Non-Profit Org Transaction Report, CTR

Experience Required (In Years):

Minimum - 12 - 15 years in Compliance / Regulatory

Liaison Relevant - 3 - 4 years in BFSI

Qualification Required:

Graduation / MBA/PGDM in Finance / Law
