- Engage stakeholders to elicit requirements and design workflow-driven solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Align technical delivery with organizational risk, compliance, and governance objectives
- Deliver insights through data analysis, reporting, and capacity forecasting
- Ensure systems meet security, regulatory, and operational standards
- Support and enhance SAI360 GRC platform, a web-based enterprise system hosted on Apache Tomcat (Windows Server)
- Act as the bridge between vendor release practices and internal change management processes, ensuring compliant and smooth deployments
- Perform and orchestrate end-to-end solution delivery: feasibility analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Product & Domain Expertise
- Manage multiple GRC (Goveranace, Risk and Compliance) subject areas, including:
- Incident reporting
- Management risk awareness
- Key Operational Risk Indicators monitoring
- Key Risk & Control Self-Assessment (KRCSA)
- Third-party / outsourcing risk assessments
- Product programme management
- Audit planning and execution
- Compliance issues and fraud management
