Job Description - Indirect Taxation (Qualified CA)Positions:

Associate/Assistant Manager

Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and review GST compliances, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.

• Handle GST advisory, tax planning and transaction structuring.

• Conduct GST reconciliations, ITC reviews and identify tax optimization opportunities.

• Manage GST audits, assessments, departmental notices, appeals and litigation.

• Provide advisory on complex GST matters, interpretations and regulatory updates.

• Ensure compliance with GST laws, rules, notifications and circulars.

• Liaise with clients, tax authorities and internal stakeholders.

• Lead client engagements, review deliverables and manage teams.

Desired Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience in Indirect Taxation.

• Prior experience with Big 4 or reputed consulting firms preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of GST laws, compliance, advisory and litigation.

• Excellent analytical, communication and client management skills.

• Ability to independently manage client assignments and deliverables.

Experience:

• Assistant Manager: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience.

• Associate: 0 - 1 years of relevant experience.
