What Will You Do?

As a Delivery Leader, you will own end-to-end product and service delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes within agreed budgets, timelines, and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery across internal teams, vendors, partners, and subcontractors.

• Build strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Drive delivery governance, project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Professional Services, Business, and Sales teams.

• Resolve critical delivery issues and drive continuous process improvement.

• Identify opportunities for account growth, scalability, and delivery efficiency.

What Are We Looking For?

• 10+ years of experience in Delivery, Program, or Project Management.

• Strong expertise in enterprise client delivery and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team deliveries.

• Strong capabilities in risk management, governance, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
