Associate Dentist

We’re Hiring - Associate Dentist | Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge RegionPart-Time or Full-Time | Anytime Dental Group
Anytime Dental Group is on the hunt for Associate Dentists to join our clinics across Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge — and we're pretty flexible on how that looks, whether you want part-time or full-time.
Here's the deal: you get an established, growing patient base, extended hours that keep your schedule busy, and backing from a dentist-founded organization that's doing corporate dentistry a bit differently.
We have a current need for a full-time Associate in Kitchener (4 days per week – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) to work at our Avero Dental Clinic.
What you'll be doing
Providing general dentistry, building real relationships with patients, expanding your clinical scope, and working alongside a supportive team. Basically, doing great dentistry with people who've got your back and the flexibility to build a schedule around days, evenings and weekends.
What you'll need
You'll need to be registered and in good standing with the RCDSO. Beyond that, we're really looking for someone with strong patient care skills, solid communication, and a team-player mentality.
Experience with Invisalign, SureSmile, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics or pediatric dentistry is a bonus, but not required, we are also open to new grads.
Who are we?
Anytime Dental is part of Passion Dental Group — a dental organization actually founded by dentists. We do things a little differently: our clinics keep their own culture, relationships and patient experience, while getting extra support behind the scenes — think resources, mentorship and learning opportunities that come with being part of a bigger group.
We're also Great Place to Work Certified™, based on real feedback from our team about trust, leadership, culture, and feeling valued. It's something we're proud of and keep working to earn.
Sound like your kind of place?
Apply today and tell us a bit about what you're looking for in your next role — we'd love to chat.
