Associate, Digital Sales (Female/Male)

Kick‑start your cloud sales career with a clear path to Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.

About the role

We are looking for an Associate, Digital Sales to join our team in Katowice and help convert strong market interest into long‑term cloud customers. This is a junior commercial role with a clear development path: if you perform well, you can progress to Account Manager after around one year, and to Senior Account Manager within approximately three years.

You will start by learning our products, processes and customers, and then take ownership for a slice of the sales target. Over time, you will move from mainly inbound follow‑up to a balanced mix of inbound and outbound digital sales activities, becoming a trusted adviser to customers considering moving from on‑premise to cloud.

• Complete a structured onboarding in your first three months: learn our cloud ERP solutions, sales processes and Polish customer base, and join customer meetings with senior colleagues.
• Convert inbound interest into qualified opportunities through high‑quality digital conversations (phone, email, online meetings) with decision‑makers in Polish companies.
• Gradually build and own a personal sales target, with clear KPIs for pipeline, conversion and forecast accuracy.
• Manage a growing mix of inbound and outbound activities – moving towards roughly 50/50 – including following up on marketing campaigns and running your own outreach to target accounts.
• Run discovery calls to understand customer needs around on‑premise to cloud migration and position our solutions accordingly.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date data in CRM to support forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success colleagues to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Continuously develop your knowledge of cloud, SaaS and digital sales techniques.

• Experience in customer‑facing work, ideally in SDR/inside sales or another commercial role where you have contacted customers and run discovery calls.

– We are also open to junior candidates with some cloud/SaaS experience who are motivated to move into sales.

• Fluent Polish – all customers are in Poland and most are local companies.
• At least basic English and the willingness to improve (we provide English classes).
• Strong motivation to grow your career in digital sales and cloud solutions.
• An open‑minded, fast‑learning, goal‑oriented mindset – you are curious, want feedback and are ready to build new skills.
• Comfort using digital tools (CRM, email, online meetings, Microsoft 365) and managing your own activity and priorities.

What success looks like

• After 3 months: you understand our products, processes and local market, and you are confidently joining customer meetings with colleagues.
• After 6–12 months: you own a defined target, generate and manage your own pipeline, and deliver reliable forecasts.
• Longer term: you progress from Associate to Account Manager, and then to Senior Account Manager, taking on more responsibility for key customers and revenue.

• Clear progression path from Associate to Account Manager and Senior Account Manager, with support and coaching from experienced sales leaders.
• Real impact on customers moving from on‑premise to cloud, becoming a trusted adviser rather than a pure volume caller.
• Hybrid working in Katowice – typically 2 days per week in the office, with flexibility for remote work on other days.
• Opportunity to build your expertise in cloud, SaaS and digital transformation in the Polish mid‑market and manufacturing sectors.
