The Impact you will have in this role:

As a Associate Director DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the Web3 Platform that underpins key business functions across DTCC. You will serve as a technical leader who drives engineering excellence by defining and promoting best practices in DevOps, platform reliability, automation, infrastructure architecture, and security engineering. Working closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams, you will influence strategic decision‑making on how the platform evolves to meet increasing scale, resiliency, and operational requirements.

This role requires deep expertise in building and integrating both internally developed platform components and enterprise‑grade vendor solutions. You will collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams, providing guidance on platform design, architectural patterns, deployment automation, observability, and continuous delivery pipelines.

You will partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and DTCC’s risk and security assessment teams to ensure the platform meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and operational readiness. Your work is central to delivering a productionready, highly resilient Web3 platform that supports missioncritical workloads across DTCC.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
