Job Description :
- Proven ability to drive both delivery excellence and revenue growth in consulting environments.
- Strong domain expertise across core banking, lending, payments, CRM, or digital banking ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and platform-based solution design.
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) including hybrid and cloud-native transformation models.
- Hands-on knowledge of API-led, microservices, and distributed architectures for scalable solutioning.
- Experience in AI/ML, data platforms, and analytics-driven transformation initiatives in banking.
- Strong consulting experience including problem solving, creative thinking, and executive-level communication.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, multi-stream transformation programs and client portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to engage senior executives.
