Associate Director - Hotel Leased Investment UK

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join Savills' Operational Capital Markets Hotels team, specialising in hotel leased investment transactions across the UK. Based in London, you will advise hotel owners, operators, institutional investors, private equity firms and international capital partners on the acquisition, disposal and strategic positioning of hotel assets across leased, managed and hybrid operating structures.

You will oversee financial modelling, investment appraisals, due diligence and investor engagement strategies, while advising a broad range of institutional, private equity and owner clients.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with strong hotel investment and capital markets experience, excellent transaction credentials and a proven ability to generate and convert business opportunities. Alongside delivering exceptional client outcomes, you will support the development of junior team members and contribute to market research, thought leadership and wider business planning initiatives.
