WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and win strategic pitches, tenders, RFPs, and new business opportunities across the Swiss market.
- Build and develop a strong commercial pipeline through networking, executive events, roundtables, and client relationships.
- Identify and qualify new opportunities while assembling the right cross-functional teams to create compelling, integrated solutions.
- Own the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach and qualification through proposal development, commercial negotiations, contract signature, and successful client onboarding.
- Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with C-level stakeholders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with our international teams on complex, multi-market opportunities.
- Represent DEPT® at industry events, conferences, executive dinners, and networking opportunities across Switzerland.
