Associate Director - Performance Marketing

About Eloelo Group:

Eloelo Group is building the next phase of entertainment, across formats, languages, and platforms. From serialised micro-drama with StoryTV to bite-sized learning with Master, we're creating a portfolio of consumer apps that meet audiences wherever their attention lives.

We operate at the intersection of AI, content, and mobile-first distribution, scaling across nine Indian language markets and building the systems, creative, data, and growth that let each app compete on its own terms. Backed by leading investors and on track to reach 50M+ users, Eloelo Group is at the forefront of how entertainment gets created, distributed, and consumed in India today.

The Role:

We're hiring an Associate Director - Performance Marketing to own our growth engine end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation, all at scale.

This isn't a function you'll run in isolation. You'll work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative, set the growth roadmap, own real budgets, and build a team that can execute against it. It's a leadership role in the fullest sense: strategy and hands-on execution, both.

What you'll do:

• Own the performance marketing strategy and growth roadmap across our apps, from user acquisition through to retention and monetisation

• Manage large marketing budgets across channels, allocating spend based on funnel performance, payback, and attribution

• Partner with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Creative to run experiments, improve conversion across the funnel, and ship growth initiatives quickly

• Scale acquisition across nine Indian language markets, adapting channel and creative strategy to each

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth and performance marketing team

• Present performance, learnings, and plans to senior stakeholders across functions

What you bring:

• 8 - 10+ years in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in consumer internet, social, gaming, or content-led products

• A track record of scaling consumer products, not just running campaigns on top of them

• Experience owning large budgets and leading teams

• Real depth across performance channels, funnels, and attribution

• Sharp analytical and strategic thinking

• The ability to hold your own with senior stakeholders across functions

• Strong people leadership; you build teams that want to stay

• Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus

Why join:

You'd be building and scaling one of India's most engaging social platforms, with real ownership and real visibility on outcomes. We move fast, we test things, and we back people who back themselves.
