Associate Director, Procurement Enablement – Responsible Procurement, Governance Talent & Development

The Associate Director, Procurement Enablement of Responsible Procurement, Governance and Talent Development is responsible for strengthening the governance and capability foundations of Enterprise Procurement & Supplier Management (ESPM). Reporting to the Director, Procurement Enablement and working with him and the Supplier Management Leadership team, this role owns three connected agendas for the function: the governance framework —policies, procedures, playbooks, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) — and the compliance reporting behind it; the design, execution, and reporting of the function's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy in partnership with the Corporate governing functions and EPSM’s category and sourcing teams.

The role also leads the design and delivery of EPSM’s talent development framework to develop procurement talent at every level.
