We are seeking a meticulous and independent Software Developer with a solid technical foundation to join our EdgeTech team within Wealth Management Technology. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a growth mindset, approaching problems from multiple angles and leveraging modern development practices and AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using spec-driven development approaches across React, Spring Boot, Python, and other modern technologies
- Independently analyze requirements, identify potential blockers, and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Write clean, maintainable code following established design patterns and best practices
- Effectively utilize JIRA, Confluence, and other collaboration tools for documentation and knowledge sharing
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a methodical, solution-oriented approach
Required Skills & ExperienceProgramming & Development
- Solid programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages
