Willingness to work in the UK shift
Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-4 years of hands-on experience in email design and distribution
Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
Familiarity with marketing automation, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies
Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design and customization
In-depth Knowledge of best practices in email marketing, including deliverability, engagement, and Compliance
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
Knowledge/interest in capital markets, funds, and asset management will be an advantage

Create compelling email templates, components and assets that align with branding guidelines and target audience preferences
Plan, execute, and analyse end-to-end email marketing campaigns
Develop and implement segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance
Build and maintain automated email workflows to streamline the customer journey
Implement lead nurturing programs to enhance engagement and conversion rates
Manage and segment email lists for targeted and personalized communications
Conduct thorough testing of email campaigns to ensure compatibility across various devices and email clients
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, and marketing strategists, to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectives
