Knowledge Requirements:
- Knowledge in Basic Network Equipment and Link Monitoring
- Knowledge in Network configuration of small to medium sized LAN
and WAN connectivity
- Knowledge in Troubleshoot Internet/IP connectivity
- Knowledge in configuration of Network Monitoring tools
- Basic knowledge on Network Equipment and Link Monitoring tools
- Knowledge in configuration of Network Monitoring tools
- With background in 1st Level Hands-on Support as requested by clients
- preparing reports/updates and tasks assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any Information Technology-related course.
- with atleast 6 months work experience
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Specialist (CCS) (Enterprise Core/Enterprise Advance Infrastructure Implementation/Data Center Core/Data Center Operation), HCIA (Data Center or Routing and Switching) or JNCIA-Junos certifications is an advantage but not required.
