Role Overview :

At IDfy, privacy isn't paperwork - it's power. We're using AI to decode contracts, classify PII, and help businesses stay ahead of fast-changing privacy laws. To pull this off, we need someone who can straddle worlds: fluent in privacy, sharp with tech, and confident in boardrooms.

We are the match if :

At least 2 years of core product management experience.

Ability to bring structure to messy problems and run sharp prioritisation.

Prior experience building LOS, CRM, or equivalent workflow-heavy products.

Comfort with AI-led product patterns: LLMs, summarisation, retrieval.

Bonus: experience in risk, fraud, or compliance products.

How you will work :

Write PRDs that people actually read.

Sit with customers. Watch them use the product. Listen more than you talk.

Partner with engineering on trade-offs. Decide fast. Document faster.

Obsess over one metric per quarter. Move it.

Here's what your day will look like :

Global scale from day one. This is not an India-only product. You will ship to markets across Asia, the Middle East, and beyond.

Real ownership. APM at IDfy owns a roadmap, not a backlog. You will work directly with engineering, design, and leadership.

Build at the intersection of AI, risk, and workflow. Few PM roles let you touch all three. This one does.

Customers who care. Our users are risk analysts, ops leaders, and CXOs at top financial institutions. Their feedback will shape what you build.

Craft matters here. We care about PRDs that think clearly, dashboards that answer the right question, and UX that respects the reviewer's time.
