About Troopod
Troopod is India's fastest AI-native website growth partner. We help D2C and e-commerce brands grow website revenue through CRO, our AI-powered landing page agent, and technical performance optimisation. We ship in days, not months.
We work with 100+ leading brands across APAC and the USA including Essor, Obvi, Colgate, and Tanishq.
Backed by global leaders from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, AngelList, Razorpay, Pixis and others.
About the Role
We're scaling toward 500 clients and need someone to own client accounts the way a product manager owns a product: clear problem, clear metric, clear roadmap. You will be the single point of ownership between the client, design and tech.
This is a client-facing role. You will spend most of your day with clients, design and tech, not building a product. We want product thinking applied to client accounts. Skills matter more than years of experience.
What You'll Do
- Own 8-12 client accounts end to end, from brief to PRD to live to optimisation
- Turn vague client asks into clear PRDs and tickets that design and tech can pick up without back-and-forth
- Read client data (GA4, funnels, PageSpeed, test results) and decide the 2-3 bets that matter most
- Use AI tools daily to build your own audits, reports, PRDs and client updates
- Build quick HTML mockups and prototypes with AI to show clients and brief design and tech
- Run weekly updates and quarterly reviews: what we did, what it moved, what's next
- Handle escalations, scope changes and delays, and bring options along with the problem
- Spot upsell opportunities across CRO, performance and landing pages, backed by data
- Keep delivery on time by tracking tickets, owners and deadlines across projects
