About the Role
Were looking for a motivated Associate System Engineer to help build, maintain, and optimize modern IT infrastructures. In this role, youll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure stable, secure, and high-performing systems. Youll gain hands-on experience across a variety of technologies and contribute to delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure according to established standards and procedures.

Define and document business and technical requirements to guide system functionality.

Support testing, validation, and deployment of new systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.

Ensure optimal system uptime, capacity, and performance across environments.

Execute and track warranty, patching, and support activities.

Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.

Provide technical guidance and assistance to IT support teams for complex incidents.

Deploy and maintain network devices including firewalls, switches, and access points.

Contribute to the development and integration of custom hardware and software solutions.
