Full description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage technical projects and programs for the management software & firmware features of next-generation hardware systems from planning to completion through SSDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle)
- Collaborate closely with Software Product Manager (SW PM) and cross-functional teams to research, define, manage, and track technical requirements and design specifications to enable new technology and meet customer requirements
- Collaborate closely with Software Product Manager (SW PM) and cross-functional teams to review, optimize, and enhance product HW-FW-SW designs and solutions
- Develop and maintain technical product/feature collateral material related to HW-FW-SW to ensure product's quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors and 3rd party partners for requirements and technical issues
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and provide potential solutions
- Manage project schedule, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary
- Evaluate and review System/Rack product release to ensure high-quality product delivery
- Manage and optimize software license bundle to integrate System/Rack management functions and solutions
- Improve and refine HW-FW-SW development lifecycle processes for better quality, security, and customer satisfaction
