The Human Capital Cluster (HCC), a sub-group under DITG, and the divisions includes Planning, Strategy and Data (PSD), Jobs And Skills (J&S) and Talent Developments (TD). They work with multiple stakeholders to conceptualise, plan, and analyse ICT and Media (ICM) manpower trends to develop manpower strategies to meet the sector’s workforce needs.

You will contribute to efforts to strengthen Singapore's tech talent pipeline, create opportunities for Singaporeans, and position Singapore as a hub for technology, talent and innovation.
[What you will be working on]

- Strategy and policy: Develop and review tech workforce and manpower strategies and policies to keep pace with tech and media developments. Collaborate across Government agencies to ensure alignment of strategies and programmes towards national objectives.
- Data and foresight: Undertake horizon scanning, and labour market benchmarking to detect emerging trends and signals in technology, jobs and skills. Develop strategic data insights and scenarios to support evidence-based policymaking.
- Cross-functional contribution: Lead or contribute to cluster-wide priorities, annual strategy and planning cycles, secretariat or coordination duties, and time-bound projects. Prepare papers and presentations to communicate IMDA’s position to senior management, senior government officials, and Public Office Holders.
