Automation Engineer

About The Mission

At Drishti Clarity Lab, we are not merely building a technology platform; we are orchestrating a fusion of modern Neuroscience and ancient Vedic Science. Our mission is to empower individuals to make the most precise decisions of their lives.

Having brought clarity to over 20,000 families, we are now poised to scale this impact to a ₹50 Crore milestone. We believe the true purpose of technology is to simplify human effort and bring 'peace' to society. To achieve this, we are looking for a Systems Architect to build the digital "Nervous System" of our organization.

The Mandate

Our vision is vast, and our journey is long. Currently, many of our operations rely on manual human effort. We require a specialist who can harness the power of Airtable, Make.com, and AI to construct a flawless, automated ecosystem that operates with integrity and precision 24/7—even in our absence.

Who Are We Looking For? (The Giver Mindset)

This role is not for those seeking just another "job." We invite those rare talents who view their work as a form of Contribution (Sewa). You are the ideal fit if:

• Creation is your primary motivation.

• You believe technology should be used not for selfishness, but for the greater good (Paramarth).

• You find joy in untangling complex problems into simple, elegant workflows using Airtable and Automation.

• Note: We are looking for a Builder and a Visionary, not a Data Scientist.

What We Offer You

• Respectful Remuneration: An annual compensation of ₹8,00,000 – ₹12,00,000 (CTC), reflecting the value and dignity of your contribution.

• Prestige & Impact: The systems you build will directly support the mental clarity and well-being of millions.

• Respectful Remuneration: Compensation that honors your skill, dedication, and intellect.

• Strategic Mentorship: You will work directly with our Founder, Mr. Yogendra Deshwar, aligning on strategic vision and execution.

• A Disciplined Environment: Work from our Headquarters in the holy city of Mathura, in an atmosphere of discipline, positivity, and focus.

Technical Landscape

You will be the master of our stack:

• Airtable: Database architecture and interfaces.

• Make.com (Integromat): Complex workflow automation.

• AI Integration: Weaving Claude/ChatGPT into operational logic.

The Selection Process (Dignified & Transparent)

• Introduction: A brief video call to understand each other's vision and values.

• The Creation Project (Paid): We respect your craft. Selected candidates will be commissioned for a pilot project worth ₹10,000. This honorarium is paid upon completion, regardless of the final hiring decision.

• The Dialogue: A final discussion with the Founder to ensure cultural and spiritual alignment.
