Team Connect is Poland’s leading nearshore and offshore IT provider. Since 2008 we successfully create and develop software for our clients.
We specialize in Agile and DevOps-based software development. From the analysis stage through implementation. We develop backend, frontend, and mobile applications.
For one of our clients, we are looking for an Automation Enginer.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. 5 years of IT experience, incl. 2+ years in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree (ICT-specific field not required)
- English – minimum B2
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, VMware ARIA Automation)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and maintain automation across infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, deployment, and incident response
- Write scripts (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for routine tasks, data processing, and system integration
- Use Ansible and Terraform/VMware ARIA Automation for infrastructure-as-code
- Analyze existing IT processes and propose automation strategies to reduce errors and improve efficiency
- Provide 2nd line support to other IT teams and coordinate with 3rd line
- Implement changes per ICT change management procedures; maintain technical documentation
- Participate in coordination and project meetings
