- Lead the end-to-end test lifecycle tool selection, scripting, execution, maintenance, and reporting.
- Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to SDLC/Agile practices.
- Work with stakeholders to define quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement automation tools likeSelenium, Playwright,Appium, Tosca, Katalon, Test Complete, etc. Hands-on experience with couple of Automation tools is a MUST.
