The Opportunity

Let’s talk shop. If you’ve been turning wrenches in the DFW market, you know how it goes at most dealerships—promises of high production, followed by slow workflow, broken parts-ordering systems, and management that treats you like a clock-puncher.

At Vanguard GMC of Carrollton, we do things differently. We are a family-owned group that lives by our commitment to "WOW" our team members, customers, and peers. We have the volume, we have the steady flow of work, and we need skilled technicians who want to flat-out produce, make great money, and still have a life outside the shop.

What You Will Actually Do

We keep our bays moving so you can keep your hours high. Your day-to-day will focus on what you do best:

What You Bring to the Table

We aren't looking to train apprentices here; we need a proven professional who can walk in on day one and hit the ground running:

-
The Experience: Solid background as an automotive technician with formal automotive training.

-
The Credentials: ASE Certifications (or brand-specific equivalent).

-
The Mindset: Advanced problem-solving skills, an obsessive eye for detail, and a commitment to fixed-right-the-first-time quality.
