We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Avionics team. The ideal candidate will have strong avionics software development experience, mandatory hands-on experience in Flight Management Systems, and expertise in developing safety-critical software in a DevOps environment. The role requires ownership of product quality, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and a mindset focused on delivering optimized and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and verify safety-critical FMS software.
- Work in a DevOps environment, contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.
- Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
- Collaborate with Systems, Certification, and other cross-functional teams.
- Works on software design, coding, integration, and verification
- Drive software optimization, automation, and engineering best practices.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in aerospace, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
