The Big Picture:

As the Inside Sales Representative on Edible Arrangements Corporate Gifting Sales team, you’ll play a key role in helping to launch and grow our new business gifting program. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Gifting, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with business clients, understanding their gifting needs, and recommending the right Edible solutions when gifting employees, clients, and partners. You’ll use data-driven outreach, a service-first mindset, and a passion for helping others to drive sales, create loyal customers, and establish the foundation for a scalable, high-impact B2B sales channel.

Location: This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Friday, with limited travel when necessary.

What that looks like day to day:

• Prospect and qualify new business customers through outbound calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Use sales data and client insights to identify trends, think critically about new business opportunities, and creatively craft new outreach approaches or seasonal campaigns.
• Present tailored sales proposals for client gifting needs such as employee appreciation, holiday gifting, client thank-yous, and event-based campaigns.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including follow-up, negotiation, and coordination with fulfillment teams.
• Develop and maintain a rolling sales pipeline, consistently working to move prospects through the funnel and increase conversion rates.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas for outreach activity, closed revenue, and repeat business from B2B customers.
• Track all interactions and opportunities with high attention to detail and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations and the Innovation teams to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional client experiences.
• Identify opportunities for recurring programs and annual gifting campaigns, converting one-time buyers into repeat corporate clients.
• Represent the Edible Arrangements voice and values, delivering an experience that celebrates both our clients and their gift recipients.

What you bring:

• 1–3 years of B2B inside sales experience, ideally in corporate gifting, CPG, or a high-activity outbound sales environment.
• Proven success managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals remotely via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
• Hands-on experience tracking pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity — experience working in a startup, new business unit, or early-stage sales program with evolving processes highly preferred
• Exposure to building or refining sales processes, feedback loops, or playbooks to help shape a new sales operation from the ground up.

How you work:

• Self-starter mindset – thrives in an environment with limited structure and takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
• Curiosity and creativity – naturally seeks out new business opportunities, thinks outside the box, and tailors solutions to customer needs.
• Strong communication skills – able to build trust quickly over the phone and in writing, and represent the Edible professionally.
• Agility and adaptability – able to pivot when needed, iterate quickly on messaging, and stay focused as the program evolves.
• Team-oriented but independent – enjoys collaborating cross-functionally, while still owning personal targets and daily workflow.

What We Offer:

• Strong team-oriented environment, emphasizing cross-functional partnerships
• The stability and resources of an industry-leading company successfully operating for 25 years, with the agility and innovation of a startup, allowing you to make a significant impact and shape our future.
• Growth & Development – Each team member has a visible and immediate impact on the business, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth as we scale in size and sophistication
• Healthcare plans that include health/dental/vision insurance, 401K Plan, company-paid life insurance and short-term disability, flexible spending account options and more
• Paid time off, including sick days & holidays to support work-life balance
