Compensation

This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity with uncapped commissions.

Representatives may earn up to 50% of eligible net product revenue from qualifying sales they personally originate, develop, and close.

Experienced, high-performing sellers may have the potential to earn approximately $3,000 to $20,000 or more per month. This is an illustrative range, not a guarantee or statement of typical earnings.

Actual earnings vary and depend on sales activity, order size, approved pricing, completed purchases, customer payment, refunds, cancellations, and other terms contained in the written commission agreement.

There is no base salary, hourly wage, guaranteed commission, guaranteed sales volume, or guaranteed minimum income.

Affiliate Referral Program

In addition to direct sales compensation, CDJ Enterprises offers an optional affiliate referral program.

• When a B2B Sales Representative refers a qualified individual or institution who becomes an active Affiliate Partner, the referring representative may receive 15% of the total net product revenue generated from qualifying sales made by that Affiliate Partner.
• The Affiliate Partner who directly generates the sale will receive 35% of the total net product revenue from that same qualifying sale.
• Combined affiliate-related payouts are structured so that total affiliate compensation does not exceed 50% of eligible net product revenue.

Referral compensation is only earned when the referred Affiliate Partner completes a qualifying sale. No compensation is paid for recruitment, enrollment, or referral activity alone.

Participation in the affiliate program is optional and not required to perform the B2B sales role.
