Skills

Full description

You own the full DACH sales cycle from initial outreach to contract signing for our new SaaS solution, claim.me.

Prospect and open new logos across the DACH region. You identify the right retailers, create the opening, and run the process to close.
Teach buyers to see the problem. Most prospects don’t know they’re leaving money on the table. You show them the data, make it real, and position claim.me as the fix.
Pitch at C-Level and to Heads of Logistics and Customer Support. You know how to navigate complex buying committees and bring the right stakeholders along.
Work directly with the Head of claim.me, Head of Product, and the CEO to sharpen the sales playbook, refine ICP targeting, and define how we go to market.
Represent claim.me at key industry events and webinars across DACH.

You’ve closed B2B SaaS or tech deals end-to-end, or have a strong motivation to get there.
You ideally worked previously in a fast-paced or early-stage environment, and have an entrepreneurial drive: you don’t wait for a manual, you build it.
You understand the pain points of online retailers, or you’re a fast learner who can quickly master the logistics space.
You’re comfortable pitching to C-Level, Heads of Logistics, and Customer Support, and know how to navigate complex decision-making processes.
Business-fluent German (C2) is required — you’ll be building commercial relationships across DACH. Strong English is essential for our international team.

Real ownership from day one. You’re the second sales hire in a small team, and you will be part of our growth story.
A product that sells itself once they see it. AI-powered, measurable ROI, and a problem worth solving. You’re not pushing software; you’re recovering real money for real businesses.
The backing of Seven Senders. An established network, inbound leads, and a brand that already opens doors across DACH.
Flexibility. Hybrid model with a Berlin office at Alexanderplatz, plus the option to work remotely from almost anywhere for up to 2 months per year.
A team that moves fast and trusts you. No politics, no bureaucracy. Results-focused culture with regular team events and a genuine commitment to each other’s success.

Are you ready to turn claims into revenue? Submit your CV in English and let’s talk about how you can shape the future of claim.me.
