What you will do

We are looking for a Manager to join Metyis' eB2B team and help clients design, set up, launch and scale digital B2B businesses.

This is a business and strategy role at the intersection of consulting, digital commerce and business building. The ideal candidate combines consulting capabilities with a practical understanding of how commercial businesses operate.

• Lead eB2B engagements end to end - Take day-to-day ownership of major client engagements, structure the work, manage teams, drive client discussions and ensure momentum and quality

• Define eB2B strategy - Assess markets, customers and competitors; identify growth opportunities; define ambition, value proposition, strategic priorities and roadmaps

• Shape the commercial model - Design customer segmentation, proposition, assortment, pricing, sales, marketing, CRM, acquisition, retention and channel approaches

• Build the business case - Translate opportunities into revenue, margin, investment and profitability scenarios and establish the KPIs required to manage performance

• Set up the business - Design the operating model, organization, capabilities, processes and governance needed to launch and scale an eB2B business

• Operate and improve - Work alongside clients after strategy definition to establish commercial rhythms, track performance, solve issues and continuously improve the business

• Lead teams and senior stakeholders - Manage multidisciplinary consulting teams and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

• Contribute to practice growth - Support propositions, business development, client relationships and the continued development of Metyis' eB2B offering

What you´ll bring

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, B2B and/or B2C commercial transformation, digital commerce, omnichannel, or related business models

• Strong consulting fundamentals: problem structuring, analytics, stakeholder management, executive communication, storytelling and team leadership

• Strong understanding of how a business operates beyond strategy, including sales, marketing, CRM, pricing, assortment, customer management, operating model and P&L

• Ability to move from strategy into execution: comfortable not only defining what should happen, but helping set up and operate the business

• Strong quantitative and commercial skills, including business cases, financial modelling, KPI frameworks and performance analysis

• High ownership and independence: able to run an engagement proactively, identify issues early and continuously improve the work rather than wait for direction

• Credibility with senior client stakeholders while remaining hands-on with project teams

• Comfort working with data, technology, design and implementation specialists while maintaining a clear business and commercial focus
