About the role
About Ironhack
Ironhack is an edtech company born to revolutionize the way technology education works. We are a global tech talent marketplace, where we offer bootcamps and collaborate with companies to help students change their career paths, get that promotion they are looking for, or launch their own company.
Why join Ironhack
Our culture is based on collaboration, that's how we work! We face challenges with a smile on our faces. We work with horizontal hierarchies and open communication. If you join Ironhack, we guarantee you a learning experience at the pace of a bootcamp, in a high-growth environment, where together we can change the future of education.
The role
We are looking for a person to lead the acquisition of companies for the hiring commitments of our subsidized training programs. You will present companies with the possibility of incorporating our students at no cost to them.
What you'll do
- Acquire and close companies: identify companies with a need for talent, make the first contact, present the proposal to them, and secure their hiring commitment.
- Continuously build pipeline: take advantage of periods without open calls to have companies and commitments ready when they open.
- Manage commitments: prepare and collect documentation from companies and meet deadlines with the administration.
- Align talent and demand: ensure that our students' profiles fit what companies need.
- Work in a team with B2G: provide the team with the necessary information to present projects and support during closings and peak workloads.
- Analyze key KPIs: closed commitments, companies in pipeline, placement rate, and company satisfaction.
What we're looking for
- Experience in the B2G environment, ideally managing hiring commitments. Knowledge of other public tenders or calls is valued.
- B2B commercial experience: ability to prospect, sell, and close with companies.
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for employment training and its entities (SOC, Consorci). Experience in QBID and GIA is valued.
- Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work through peaks and deadlines.
- Communication skills with different stakeholders (companies, B2G team, administration).
- Fluent use of office tools.
Nice to have
- Residency in Barcelona, Catalonia, or surrounding areas (highly valued).
What you'll get
- Strategic Impact: Lead educational transformation and insert tech talent into the industry at scale.
