About the Job
You’ll join as a backend engineer in one of our primary squads. Working alongside the productmanager and engineers in your squad, you will help develop the critical services that serve our endusers. You’ll have the chance to work on highly impactful projects, fueling product innovation in a fast-moving industry and influencing how the backend can deliver robust and scalable functionality.
What you’ll do
- Enable us to build quickly but robustly, using best practices in observability, data analysis anddefensive programming, allowing us to safely scale our products and CPO integrationsglobally.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to break down complex problems, understandfeasibility, and propose creative technical solutions that deliver a market-leading platform.
What we’re looking for
- The passion to create something amazing in the climate space, and the mindset to learn andgrow in a rapidly scaling business.
- 2+ years commercial experience with Python.
- Good communication skills, with an ability to consider product vision and propose creativetechnical solutions within a team.
