Must have

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in Backend Development.
3. Strong experience with Java & Spring Boot.
4. Good knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
5. Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or Redis.
6. Experience building microservices, event-driven, or scalable applications.
7. Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, CI/CD, and AWS/GCP.
8. Good understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and security.
9. Experience with JUnit and integration testing.
10. Good problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting production issues.
11. Immediate joiner is a plus

Nice to have

1. Experience with WhatsApp Business / Cloud API or BSPs.
2. Experience with MongoDB.
3. Experience with WebSocket, SIP/WebRTC, or real-time messaging.
4. Experience with chatbot / AI integration.
5. Experience in contact center, customer service, live chat, or omnichannel platforms.
