We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (Python - SR2) who is not only technically strong but also passionate about building high-quality products and systems. In this role, you will work on designing and developing robust backend systems, contribute to architectural decisions, drive best engineering practices, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, etc.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Strong technical background in architecting, designing, and developing robust web applications using Python.
- Experience in participating in architectural discussions and proposing innovative ideas for system improvements.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).
