- Completed studies in economics or computer science or comparable education (e.g. banking apprenticeship)
- 6-10 years of professional experience
- Good experience with Core Java (1.7/1.8) and maintaining existing codebases
- Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate or similar frameworks

Aufgaben
We are looking for a Backend & Integration Java Developer to maintain and evolve a core enterprise application. You will work in a diverse environment, managing integrations with other systems and contributing to the modernization of the platform.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain, debug, and improve existing backend services built mainly with Java (1.7/1.8), Spring Boot and some legacy components (EJB, Swing).
- Contribute to building and monitoring reliable integrations using tools such as WebMethods, IBM MQ and SFTP file transfers.
- Design and consume REST and Web APIs to connect different functional domains.
- Work with Oracle 19c databases on Unix environments, focusing on queries and data-related performance.
- Take part in the gradual modernization of the platform, including moving legacy parts towards microservices and containerized environments.
