We are urgently hiring for the position of Bancassurance Relationship Manager with our bank partner, Indusind Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff to drive insurance sales. Your primary responsibilities will include generating business through the bank's walking and existing customers, providing financial consultations to clients, and ensuring that the best insurance solutions are offered. You will be expected to achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and need-based selling, while also ensuring that you meet your monthly and yearly goals. We are looking for candidates with field sales experience and a go-getter attitude, as strong networking skills are essential for success in this role. The compensation package ranges from 4.00 Lacs to 5.10 Lacs fixed, depending on your current CTC, along with bonuses and incentives.
