Job Description
- Handle corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolution.
- Represent creditors, debtors, trustees, receivers, and business clients in complex disputes.
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
- Develop litigation strategies, conduct legal research, and manage case preparation.
- Participate in court hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trial proceedings.
- Collaborate with attorneys and clients to deliver effective legal solutions.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- 3+ years of relevant corporate bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience.
