Job Description

COFFEEMAN is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our growing team!

Whether you are an experienced barista or someone looking to start a career in the coffee industry, we welcome you to join us. Training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve quality coffee, tea and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks and traditional Singapore Kopi & Teh.

• Provide friendly and professional customer service.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, POS systems and other café equipment.

• Handle customer orders, cashiering and payment transactions.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, equipment and workstations.

• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and daily café operations.

• Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

• No prior barista experience required – training will be provided.

• Passionate about coffee, beverages and customer service.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Friendly, responsible and a good team player.

• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to roster.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced baristas are welcome to apply.
