About the Role
Be Part of Something From the Beginning
We're hiring Baristas for our upcoming Paradise Valley location, opening late 2026 (Training starts now!). We're looking for hospitality-driven team members to join us before opening and help create an exceptional guest experience from day one.
This isn't a typical grab-and-go coffee shop position. Our guests expect thoughtful service, genuine hospitality, and an elevated experience every time they visit. We're looking for people who naturally enjoy connecting with others, take pride in their work, and are excited to learn about specialty coffee and the products we serve.
As a Barista, you'll be the face of the brand and often the first and last impression for every guest who walks through our doors. You'll prepare beverages, educate customers about our products, maintain a welcoming environment, and help create a memorable experience that keeps guests coming back.
