• Understand the guest's preferences and recommend personalized drinks.

Bar Set-up and Maintenance

• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Efficient Service

• Prepare and serve drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of quality.

• Coordinate with the kitchen to synchronize beverage service with food courses.
• Must have great customer service skills and be very detail oriented.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

· Experience: Previous bartending experience in upscale restaurants or fine dining is a plus. Proficiency in crafting complex cocktails.
