BDR - Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative

About the role

We're looking for a driven and highly proactive Business Development Representative to join one of our clients' sales teams and help grow the company's presence across Europe and US.

This is a role for someone who enjoys outbound sales, is motivated by results, and wants the freedom and responsibility to build pipeline rather than simply follow a fixed playbook.

This is a dynamic environment, from the product positioning to the messaging and go-to-market approach. So we're looking for someone who can learn fast, adapt their approach, test new ideas, and continuously improve how they engage with prospects.

You'll work closely with the BDR Manager and Account Executives, while also having a significant amount of autonomy during your working day.

What you'll be doing

Your main goal will be to generate qualified sales meetings with relevant enterprise prospects and create new pipeline for the sales team.

You will:

• Prospect into enterprise accounts
• Run structured outbound campaigns across selected markets and target accounts
• Use intent data and other prospecting signals to identify companies already showing potential interest
• Reach prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
• Build and continuously improve talk tracks, outreach sequences, and messaging
• Follow up proactively and consistently with high-potential prospects
• Qualify prospects sufficiently to ensure meetings are relevant for the Account Executive
• Book meetings and manage the initial handoff to the Account Executive
• Join initial sales calls whenever possible to deepen your understanding of the product, customers, and sales process
• Share market feedback, objections and messaging insights with the broader commercial team
• Support inbound opportunities and convert inbound opportunities

Who we're looking for

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have approximately 1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, business development, or a similar sales role
• Experience in SaaS or technology is a strong preference
• Fluent in English (C1 or C2)
• Have experience generating pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Can demonstrate a clear track record of commercial performance, such as meetings booked, quota attainment, pipeline generated or top-performer recognition
• Are highly comfortable picking up the phone and engaging prospects directly
• Take ownership of your numbers and activity
• Are naturally proactive and don't wait for someone else to solve a problem
• Regularly review your own performance and change your approach when something isn't working
• Are comfortable testing messaging, experimenting and learning quickly
• Can structure your own day and work effectively with a high degree of autonomy
• Are comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different time zones
• Are curious and able to learn a technical product quickly
