🌰 About Skello

Skello is the AI-powered HR management solution for frontline teams.

HR tools were designed for offices, yet 55% of the active workforce works on their feet — and deserves technology built for the field. Our mission is to improve their everyday work life.

For managers and HR leaders, Skello offers seamless management from hiring to payroll: our AI automates time-consuming tasks so they can plan ahead and stay in control. For frontline teams, Skello guarantees a smooth, collaborative experience from day one.

In July 2026, we reached a major milestone with the announcement of a €200 million funding round to accelerate our growth.

After 10 years listening to our customers, this new chapter reflects our conviction: technology should support and enable work, never replace people.

Our ambition is to become the go-to AI HR management solution for every frontline team in Europe.

🔎 About the role

Skello is entering the Italian market, and we're building the founding BDR team from scratch. As a BDR Intern, you'll be one of the first members of this team, based in our Barcelona office, working hand in hand with the Team Leader BDR Italy to lay the foundations of our outbound engine for Italy.

This is a hands-on opportunity to learn outbound sales from the ground up, inside a brand-new team building its playbook in real time. You'll get direct exposure to prospecting, qualification, and the day-to-day of launching a market — with real ownership from day one.

👇 What you'll do

• Help build the outbound engine for the Italian market: identifying and researching the best prospects

• Create sales opportunities with potential Italian clients, mainly by phone, with energy and creativity, as well as through other channels (email, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Qualify prospects' needs and get them excited to discover the impact Skello can have on their business

• Generate demo appointments for our Account Executives, working in close collaboration with the team

• Actively contribute to shaping our commercial approach as we open up the Italian market

• Be an active part of the team's success: sharing best practices, contributing to a tight-knit team spirit, and celebrating every win

😍 What we're looking for

• You're passionate about human contact, curious, and results-oriented

• You're ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow quickly within a demanding, fast-growing company

• You love learning, taking initiative, taking action, and constantly pushing to exceed your goals

• You're a driving force within a team, and you believe team spirit is key to success

• You're fluent in Italian (native or bilingual level) and comfortable in English

• You're currently enrolled in a study program that allows you to sign an internship agreement / convenio de prácticas
