- Facility: Ascension Procare
- Department: Behavioral Health Outpatient
- Schedule: Day shift | Full-time
- Conducts patient assessments and establishes therapy treatment goals.
- Administers individual and group therapy. Maintains thorough and confidential records of observations.
- Evaluates progress and effectiveness of therapy interventions.
- Provides patient with information regarding resources and therapeutic activities in the community.
- Schedule: Monday - Wednesday 11:00 am - 8:00 pm; Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Licensure / Certification / Registration / Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Social Science, or Psychology required.
Additional Preferences:
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work required
