Position Overview
We are a premier fencing company in Orlando specializing in high-quality, American-made products, including Homeland Vinyl and Antebellum Aluminum. We are seeking a high-energy, fully bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Representative to manage our front office and act as the first point of contact for our valued homeowners, contractors, and commercial clients.
This is not a passive reception role. You will be responsible for driving revenue by converting inbound inquiries, managing phone and walk-in leads, and proactively pursuing new business during operational downtime.
** Core Job Responsibilities
**● Front Office Lead Management: Greet walk-in customers and handle incoming phone calls with a welcoming, consultative, and empathetic approach.
● Proactive Outbound Sales: Maximize downtime by consistently following up on open quotes, re-engaging past clients, and cold-reaching out to local residential/commercial contractors.
● Accurate Estimating & Estimation Support: Calculate exact material measurements and pricing for custom fencing jobs. You will guide clients through the structural differences between premium materials and lower-quality alternatives.
● Data Management: Utilize company software to accurately log customer information, track sales pipelines, and process orders.
** Required Qualifications & Skills
**● Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a strong sales environment (experience in home improvement, construction materials, or building trades is a major plus).
● Bilingual Fluency: 100% fluent in both English and Spanish. You must possess impeccable professional vocabulary, syntax, and grammar in both verbal and written communication for both languages.
● Advanced Practical Mathematics: Must possess exceptionally strong math skills. This includes the seamless calculation of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, decimals, fractions, inches, and feet to accurately estimate fencing perimeters and materials.
● Technical Measurements: Must know exactly how to read a standard tape measure down to the fraction and be capable of explaining these physical dimensions to customers in both languages.
● Computer Literacy: Fully proficient in standard office software, email, and customer databases, with the ability to quickly master proprietary estimation systems.
● Work Ethic & Self-Motivation: A true "hunter" mentality. When the front desk is quiet, you are naturally driven to keep yourself busy making outbound dials, organizing leads, and hunting for new contractor partnerships.
**What Success Looks Like
**● 0 to 90 Days: Master our product catalog, learn our pricing matrix, and establish a fluid front-desk workflow.
● Post-Probation: Transition into an active commission earner by hitting monthly sales goals and building a personal book of recurring contractor clients.
