Live the Brand. Sell the Lifestyle. Build Your Career.

At Old Town Temecula BMW, we’re not just selling motorcycles — we’re delivering freedom, passion, and purpose. As a Fit Specialist, you’ll guide customers into the BMW that fits their life, style, and soul.

If you're hungry, coachable, and competitive, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest like family and own their experience from the moment they step into the showroom.

• Match each rider with the Harley that fits their style, needs, and dreams.

• Lead the test ride process — bring the experience to life.

• Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).

• Enter every up into the Traffic Log — no exceptions.

• Work closely with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily and monthly performance goals.

• Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism, excitement, and purpose.

• Stay active on the floor, be present, and chase every opportunity.

What You Bring:

• Hustle. You show up early, stay late, and love the grind.

• Coachability. You want feedback because you’re always improving.

• Drive. You want to be the best and aren’t afraid of the scoreboard.

• Passion. You love motorcycles, or you’re eager to learn fast.

• Sales experience is great — but attitude, energy, and commitment are what get you hired.

Why You’ll Win Here:

• Aggressive bonus structure, spiffs, and contests.

• Full benefits package including medical, dental, 401k.

• Growth path into ASM, Finance, and Sales Management roles.

• Fun, fast, and competitive environment where high performers are celebrated.

• Part of the #1 Harley-Davidson group in California — and we’re still growing.
